Graines d'haricots dits mogette des Vendéens
Il s'agit d'une variété de haricots blancs présentant au hile une figure brunâtre évoquant le Saint-Sacrement. On les appelle aussi « haricots du Saint-Esprit » ou « Nombril de bonne s?ur ». Une légende locale associe le motif du hile aux guerres de Vendée. |
